🌍 If you could take a quilting holiday anywhere in the world, where would you go? Would it be Japan?
Would it be Japan? The USA? France? New Zealand? 😉 Or somewhere you've always dreamed of visiting? Tell us where—and why!

Waikiki for me!! I have a quilt on my bed that I made from batik fabric that I bought many years ago there. I enjoyed visiting several quilt fabric shops nearby. Oh to be warm and by the sea!
☕ Around the Cutting Table
What's one quilting tool you couldn't be without? Is there something that you use regularly and would feel lost without? Like a rotary cutter? Sewing machine? specific scissors? or....? Do let us know. Fo me I think it might be the rotary cutter - I have been quilting for a long time and can remember the days before the rotary cutter, it made such a difference to cutting out quilt pieces.

Hard to say. I do love the sunshine when it streams into my sewing room!
Tea-Time Question
Hello everyone! I thought it was time for a little bit of fun. 😊 Our GourmetQuilter Studio Corner family is growing so nicely (welcome to all our new members!), so here's a question that I think every quilter can answer... Cast your vote, then tell us a little more in the comments. I'd love to hear your quilting story... and don't worry, this is a judgement-free zone. I suspect quite a few of us may have more than one project on the go! Happy stitching, SusanClaire 🧵 ...because quilting is delicious! Which one sounds most like you?

@SusanClaire Mayfield Thanks SC! So far storing lots of my watercolor motif paintings, and sewing stuff..rotary cutter, cutting guide, scissors, thread etc. Lots of possibilities.
Frosty morning
This morning we had an amazing frost and I thought it was time for a photo of a quilt, the sun was shining, so out I went and took this photo (even my shoes had frost on them!) and then I took a second photo and discovered this amazing dark cloud above! Things can be deceptive!
