Hi everyone I am an HR Department of one here in the Triad. I am looking for a new HR/ Payroll system for my company as well as our sister organization. We have narrowed it down to UKG and Paycom. Just wanted to see if anyone has worked in either of these systems before and are able to share some insight or your experience working in them. I am currently in QuickBooks so this transition is long overdue.

We have been with UKG since 2020 and are looking at other HRIS. We have had various issues over the years. Our main pain points are Payroll support (getting issues resolved in a timely manner) and benefit integrations. We are currently looking at Paycor and Paylocity.
