Day 1
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and realized my "procrastination" isn't laziness - my brain literally registers starting a project as a threat and goes into freeze mode. The deadline doesn't motivate me, it just makes the fear of NOT doing it bigger than the fear of doing it. Does anyone else feel this way?

Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realised something I'd been blaming myself for.
