This is my son and daughter-in-law that I made in clay yesterday. We had a fun day and learnt loads. The clay is quite firm to start with so lots of manipulating it to warm it up enough to use which seemed to take longer than sugar paste but the results are brilliant. And it’ll last forever. Everyone’s models were brilliant 👏👏👏 Very happy with these 😍

I have been cake baking for quite a few years now, initially for family and friends and then as a small business. I am taking a break at the moment, However, I have always enjoyed the modelling side of cake decorating and am proud of some of the characters I have made over the years. With being on this new course I'm looking to reconnect with my creative side and add some professional finishing touches to my models. I have attached the last few cakes I have made recently 🙂XX

My son's first birthday I felt so full of love and proud of the boy I created, and buzzed that I had the skills to make the first of many cakes to make his day so special. My mum spending time creating my cake every year, is honestly the times when I felt most loved and I hope to give that to Theo for as long as I can too.

Hi everyone, I started out intending to make wedding cakes, but what I've come to realise is that I really love making fondant cupcake toppers and I'm not a fan of the stress of wedding cakes! I do love making sugar flowers though, so want to practice sugar flowers and fondant toppers more with you all.
