I found myself looking at a potential commercial (old and vacant meeting hall) conversion.I started initial investigations and due diligence and there is a lot of potential asbestos in the building. For those in the know would you just walk away or explore more and factor removal into your numbers.

Much like many people, through school, I was taught to think like everyone else. Follow the “normal” path. Stay inside the lines. But deep down, I knew I wanted something different, a different life, different freedom, different results. The problem is, the going against the norm is not easy, but the people who create extraordinary lives don’t spend their time copying the crowd. That doesn’t happen by playing small. It happens when you trust yourself enough to think differently, move differently, and keep going even when others don’t understand the journey.

First property in the process of being bought through modern method of auction, apartment in a converted chapel with an intention for SA......wish me luck - this one is without investors but it's the start of the journey...... excited and nervous!
