I need some advice. I went to a small business and came across 3 businesses (2 plumbers and 1 home remodeler) who did not have a website.. Should I approach them with basic website via GHL templates and then upsell later? I'm concerned about getting sidetracked with website opportunities . However, these would be my first potential clients so it would mean revenue as well as GHL experience. I could be overthinking . 😀 Any feedback would be helpful.

Since I have been in the group I have heard some hints that maybe conversationAI for email was not too far away. I can see in the HL Ideas forum people have been asking for years. Is this all wishful thinking or is it really in the pipeline? I get that @Jeff Lopez and @Charles Guerra can only say so much if they know anything at all. But if you could possibly "blink" once for yes and twice for no, that would be awesome. I am only just getting started and this has come up multiple times. I have the knowledge and tech skills to possibly solve this myself through outside means but happy to wait if its just around the corner.

I have never been an out going person but after having a stroke in October of 2023 I prefer staying at home and plan any public activity around when there is the least potential to be in crowded situations. I go to the grocery store late at night and the gym mid morning for example. Today I didn't even leave the house. With that said I did two in person demos of a voice AI assistant and both people were blown away by it. One of them wants me to build him a website and put a voice assistant on it to qualify leads and book appointments. Going to charge him $297/month. The other person gave me a lead to contact. Double win!
