Hey team, Question for the group: Has anyone considered deploying modular homes or tiny homes in your MHC? I wonder what changing the aesthetic could do for this asset class. My thinking is you could potentially pull in a demographic looking to pay slightly more and at the same time have a more visually appealing community. Thoughts or examples?
