How I’m Planning 2026 (and Why I’m Done With Vision Boards)
As midlife women business owners, we’ve done the vision boards. The scrapbooks. The Pinterest dreams. The big ideas that feel good in December… and quietly fade by February. For 2026, I’m doing something different. CLICK HERE ** Get to LEVEL 2+ I’m not just visioning the year — I’m mapping it. That means: - Planning when I’ll launch and relaunch my offers - Intentionally growing my Skool community instead of “hoping it grows” - Embedding AI into my day-to-day operating system so the business runs with less effort - And connecting everything into an evergreen ecosystem that supports freedom, not burnout Planning isn’t about hustling harder. It's about creating choice, capacity, and calm — especially in this season of life. 🗓 TUESDAY, December 23 ⏰ 7am Pacific / 10am Eastern 🎯 The 2026 One-Page Plan 🎯 In this session, I’ll walk you through: - How I’m breaking 2026 into clear quarterly focuses - What I’m prioritizing in Q1 - And how I’m setting January up to create momentum that actually carries through the year This isn’t about doing more. It’s about building a simple, intentional plan that gives you clarity, consistency, and breathing room — from your daily actions all the way up to your annual goals. Design your year with intention. Create momentum that builds. Grow your business without burning yourself out. This workshop is for you if: - You’re a coach, course creator, or Skool community host - You already have offers, clients, and real proof - But every month still feels like a heavy lift - You have goals… but no clear roadmap - And that next level — $5-10k months — feels close, yet keeps slipping just out of reach instead of showing up consistently inside your Skool account If that resonates, this session will help you change how 2026 actually unfolds.

I'll try to make it if I get all my Xmas shopping done in the morning 😰 squeezing everything in.
For those who loves things organized
Hello, amazing people, I thought this might be helpful to some of you! Every time I participate in Brenda's summit or bundles, I feel like I need a large cup of tea 🍵 to make it through all the amazing gifts inside the swag bag. I’ve been using this little system to organise everything and track my progress, because let’s be honest… we’ve all been there: downloading the same things multiple times, losing track of where to access them later (hello, random courses floating in email purgatory). Oh, and not sure about you, but I’ve definitely bought a few things twice… maybe even three times. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Shout out to @Evelyn Weiss who shared this as a PLR when she just opened her first Skool community. Digital Products Tracker Let's get organised today so you can approach everything with calm and peace!

Just what I needed today. I have so many things on the go. Important we implement!!
Does Your Landing Page Convert? Here are the 6 Pillars you need!
Thank you for a fabulous summit. I have been enjoying the interaction and the beautiful gifts! Seeing all the different landing pages - it made me wonder - what makes a great landing page? After doing all the hard work to get people there and then it's not optimised is frustrating. So I went through all the gifts in the bundle and made notes - started to disect reasons why and why I didn't opt in and what to improve. From that, I created the 6 pillars framework (below) and added some of the best practices and hope these are useful to you too. I also happen to run a landing page workshop for free this week where I explain these in more detail and if anyone wants to participate or their pages looked at, let me know - I'd love a case study and this way you would also get some free feedback :)

@Allie Proff tx yes absolutely. In fact today on the call we discussed exactly thus scenario. I guess what I was trying to say - don't put it on the website as a tab next to all the other buttons. Of course you can host it on a website, wix, WordPress .and you can in addition..when someone lands on it through a Google search a bonus. But when it's purely a lead magnet, promoted as an.opt in eg via a bundle, summit, ads then it's best to have it as a standalone page.
What We Learned About Ourselves Through Bundle Overwhelm
Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are behind us, I have been looking at the poll responses and comments with great curiosity. https://www.skool.com/aligned-af-camp/too-many-tools-spot-your-bf-bundle-overwhelm-style?p=d40c68aa When you read them together, some clear themes start to emerge. Here are a few patterns I noticed: 1. Most of us move between excitement and overwhelm. Some people jump in fast and burn out. Others organise everything but hesitate to begin. Some freeze. Some compare. The shape of the behaviour is different, but the emotional pattern underneath is the same. The moment something feels “big,” our system wobbles. 2. Alignment matters more than volume. A lot of you mentioned choosing only what feels useful “now.” That is actually a powerful strategy. When everything feels urgent or important, it is often because the nervous system is flooded, not because the task list is wrong. Thanks for this reminder @Patricia Terrell @Kim Wright @Mindy Iannelli @Melissa Huang @Sabine Matharu 3. Time helps clarity rise. Several people said they walk away and come back with fresh eyes. I love this. It shows that when excitement settles, discernment becomes easier. Pausing is a tool, not a delay. Thank you for this tip@Sonia Zamarripa @Dinah Laprairie @Mary Nunaley 4. We all benefit from connection and accountability. The idea of body doubling or co-downloading together was brilliant. We often think we need “more discipline,” when what we need is to feel supported and not alone in the work. Great initiative! @Jen Hill Myers 5. Burnout patterns show up everywhere. Overthinking, rushing, hesitating, downloading everything, or avoiding it are not personality flaws. They are simply signs of an overloaded system trying to protect you.

Thank you so much, beautifully said. I think we need to make sure we stay on our lanes and ensure we focus on what we want to achieve in the next 30 days, then the next 30 days etc. rather than trying to do everything in one GO!
