Motivation for english section
Does anyone have any tips to stay focused during the english section during the test or even for studying. Usually I like to use music but I find it difficult to sound things out and work effectively when theres noise. I'm fine for the math section but whenever I do english questions I get super bored and unmotivated.

Is this correct?
Im confused, i thought that putting a semicolon before a transition word was correct.

I had the same question and when I looked online it said that in this situation the SAT prefers the comma and then the semicolon like in answer C. Both ways are grammatically correct but the SAT only considers it correct when when the comma is after the semicolon. Typically, this happens with transition words like however, although, thus, etc...
