It is the First of the Month

what do yall do to stay motivated? i can focus for maybe 30 mins but everything kinda mushes together after that. I want to do good so ive been forcing myself to do prep but i dont know how long thats gonna last. This is probably the longest ive stayed committed to anything educational cause i usually only need 30 mins to lock in. I have my phone locked away until after lunch and i have nothing distracting near me but i still find myself getting demotivated.
