Hi everyone, I'm S. Getting back into using my body more in the way I know I love, as opposed to just forcing it through endless hours of cardio. I used to do high level gymnastics, and it upsets me that I can hardly do any of even the most basic skills I used to whip out at random. I haven't tested the limits of what I can and can't do at the moment, so let's see where I stand with pull ups and handstands for now...
