Power Clean
This may not be extremely track related. But any tips on how to increase power clean. Current pr is 250. I feel like this lift helps alot with explosiveness

@O Track ,To improve your records, if you are good at using your body, especially the lower body, you will be able to improve your power clean record!
Lift Structure
When lifting. How do you structure lifts depending on the day. For example, of you do acceleration on one day. Do you have lifts that focus on Acceleration?

@O Track ,I don't think there's any need to do a lift specially for acceleration. It's fine even with regular weights.

@Jayden R ,That's a very good start! You can push the block firmly to get out!The contact with the left leg is a bit weak, so I hope we can improve that!
Structure
I seem to be in a structure problem. I tried to stick to a schedule for training but it all just falls apart. I feel worse and worse throughout the week and wonder why I'm feeling sluggish and looking rough. Wondering if I coukd get some tips on how to structure better or is it a discipline problem For reference here is my schedule I tried 6am-7am: Lift 7:30-3:30: Daily Work 4:00-5:30:Track Session 5:30-9: Eat and work on business 9-10: Get ready and be in bed

@O Track ,The schedule is designed a little tighter.I think it would be a good idea to reduce your training on your days at work and design your training on your days off!

Another Question
Yesterday I did 4x150m and my first rep is always a practice rep like 75% and I always go up to like 85%, 95%, and then 100%. I don’t feel lactic acid at all. It’s just in between that 95 and 100 rep. I feel really tired is this normal? because normally when I’m doing another workout that has decent amount of repetitions I don’t feel as tired.

@Jayden R ,It's a completely normal phenomenon so there's no problem! As your output increases, the energy, muscles, and blood oxygen will increase.
