1. I am meeting with a social media influencer on March 4th. He has 4.4 million followers on Instagram and 6 million on Youtube. He's a physical therapist. He's written two books, has affiliate links on his website/pages, and is an all cash PT practice that is booked out 2-3 months. He's creating a lot of great content and has been for a long time even though he's young. He's been mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast. He's giving me an hour to ask any question(s) I'd like. I see an opportunity to help him monetize more of his audience as I have a feeling he's not monetizing it as much as he could. He does not have an app or something that takes all of his content and summarizes it quickly, such as an app or AI tool. I've already built a couple rounds of an app for him based on all his social media posts, website info, and it's at least a good start. I'm trying to get in the right frame of mind and genuinely want to give value to him during the meeting. I'm open to any and all ideas on how to position myself for the meeting in about a month. This is truly my first experience getting in front of a content creator like this and I'm as open minded as possible to learn how you all would move forward with this. I'm happy to share any more details that would help.

Small win, but I'll take it. Have a friend who just finished writing his first book. He's looking for a partner who can help with getting it across the finish line. I took the bull by the horns and created a GPT that is now functional for anyone who has access to it. They can go to the link or website (similar to the Mini Monolopy AI Toolkit) and get live feedback as if they're talking to my friend. He was blown away by this and now I'm having the conversation to have him put QR codes/links in his book that will guide anyone who reads it to my services/products. At a minimum, this will be in front of 55,000 John Maxwell coaches in the next 12-18 months. A little slower than I'd like but I'm still working it. Never would have had the idea of ASKING to do this unless I was a part of this group. Feels good to use some of the skills I have to help a good dude get across the finish line on something he's always wanted to do. Hopefully more wins to come!

Hey Ronin! Hope you all are thriving. Have a situation I'd like to throw out there and see what ideas you have. I work with an organization who has an email and phone list of 10,000 contacts. They send me leads, and when I close them, I get 60% of the case. This is in the life insurance industry. They're now on their 3rd marketing company to try and ramp up leads, as for some reason the leads are coming up dry and they're having a lot of trouble growing their list. They have around 37k Youtube subscribers, but they've been stuck there for a long time. I know there's value that can be provided here, and I can win too if I position it correctly. Where should I start?
