positions>moves
I have been thinking alot and I would say one of the most important ways to think when we are doing standup is getting to our positions. so first of course you need to figure out what positions you like than mastering them. example for you guys is underhook position, or inside control ties. I need to master these positions, learn why what you are supposed to accomplish in each position and than learn a variety of attacks that all combo off each other. And whoever can get to their positions more they tend to win. period. So remember find our what positions you guys are best in and get there!

Working on mixing upper (collar ties etc), mid (underhooks and arm drags etc) and lower to chain stuff and keep the other person busy. I think its been helping quite a lot because mixing it forces the other person on the back foot.
What’s more satisfying??
What’s more satisfying to you guys? A nice takedown or submission??!

I love that jiujitsu integrates both of them in standup!
