Today’s Sprint Sesh.
Let’s do 4pm UCSD Track. Warm-up 400M. followed by 5x100M sprints with 10 pull-ups and 10 dips for rest periods. Extra credit: 5 stadium stair sprints. Then Ryan has to run 3 miles 😎 See y'all there!
