What?!? I won something?? How awesome!! Appreciate the shoutout! I’m glad to be part of a group that actually shows up for each other. The idea of proof over promises really hits. It’s easy to talk about who we want to be, but the data from our daily actions tells the real story. Every rep, every choice, every check-in is a vote for that identity. 💪🔥

Win today was hitting my full training session with intention. No rushing, no distractions, just executing the lifts the way they were written. Also stayed locked in on my nutrition framework and hit protein across all meals. Nothing flashy. Just solid execution. 💪🔥
What Kait’s working on
Following Darci’s lead and chatting about what I’m working on. I’ve already shared this with a few of you in this group! Right now I am in a mini cut. I’ve been working hard toward hitting my macros, trying to lift at least 5 days per week with 4 days of cardio. Something I have been LOVING lately is running. Which is so funny to me because I hated running. I’ve been working hard to get my mile down to approximately 10 minutes (depends on the weather). This is huge for me because I couldn’t even run for one minute before now I find myself able to run 2+ miles without stopping. I can’t even begin to explain how good it feels and how thankful I am to have an able body that can run and do hard things. I’ve also been working on reading in my Bible more. Even though I’m not as consistent with this as I would like to be, I show up more than I used to and that is a huge win!

That’s awesome progress. Going from not being able to run a minute to knocking out 2+ miles is a huge shift. It’s amazing how quickly the body adapts when you stay consistent. Also love the mindset of being grateful for what your body can do. That perspective changes everything. Keep stacking those wins. 💪🔥
