THE BRIDGE IS OPENING (Read this carefully)
I’ve been watching this community grow, and I see two distinct groups of people here. Group 1: The 1-on-1 Operators. If you are currently working with me 1-on-1, listen up: This is NOT for you. You are already operating at the highest level of my ecosystem. You have the custom tailoring, the direct access, and the high-touch accountability that Group Coaching aims to emulate. Stay focused on your specific roadmap. You’ve already graduated past the bridge. Group 2: The "Stuck" Majority. This group is for those of you who are in the app on a self-paced plan, or you’ve been lurking in this community for months "waiting for the right time." You have the workouts. You have the information. But you’re still struggling to stay consistent. You’re still "starting over" every Monday. You know what to do, but you aren't doing it. On February 22nd, I am launching an 8-Week Group Coaching Experience. This is the middle ground. It’s for the person who isn't ready for 1-on-1 but is failing at "doing it alone." What you’re getting is the Bridge: * Structure: No more "self-paced" guessing. We move as a unit. * Education: We go deep into nutrition and habit mechanics so you actually understand the "why." * Accountability: You will be part of a cohort that doesn't allow for disappearing acts. * Live Access: Weekly group calls with me to solve your specific roadblocks.
