built an ai fitness coach that plans my weekly workouts and checks in every morning, been using it for 2 months and actually stuck to 52 workouts lol. only issue is it keeps suggesting the same 3 exercises and i gotta manually adjust but the daily accountability is actually working. anyone else building fitness stuff or just me over here?

Your job is to be the bridge between the two. Last thing — people don't want to be sold, but they love to buy into a vision. So learn to tell a story. People want to hear about themselves and feel safe. If your pitch is about your tools, you've already lost them. If it's about their life getting easier, they'll lean in. Stop consuming. Start building. Keep shipping. Connect with people at your level and climb together.
