got the note taker transcribing meetings fine but the summarizer part is killing me. it just spits everything back instead of pulling out decisions and action items. how'd you get that part working?

using claude to write cold emails for a couple client accounts and opens are decent but the reply rate's zero. copy reads polished but kinda empty. is cold email powered by ai even worth it rn or is everyone just filtering these out

most note takers just collect dust til u actually integrate them, i piped mine to n8n so summaries feed my trading journal automatically instead of sitting there useless. ur note taker integrated into ur workflow or nah?
