My name is Michelle, I'm from Pennsylvania and I'm a self taught baker and maker. 👩‍🌾👩‍🍳 I'm good at making bread and cinnamon rolls for sure but also like to play around with sourdough recipes here and there. 🍞🍞 My favorite pizza topping has to be buffalo chicken pizza or meat lovers pizza.🍕🍕🍕🍕

I give you lots of credit for making your breads. I have never mastered that skill!

@Mary M If they show actual signs of dirt or otherwise unwanted materials, I would wash them. Otherwise, I don't.
Blessed with Blackberries!
I have an overabundance of blackberries every year! Searching for some new recipes to use them in, I found this one. Perfect for those last summer, early fall hot days that sneak in between the changing weather. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KvtwF0vn0iCyuB-VM7bx5oBXxjeYsinR/view?usp=sharing

Tip for Grilling Healthier
When grilling meat, consider adding rosemary to reduce carcinogens. The Journal of Food Science found that rosemary extract added to hamburger patties helped reduce levels of HCAs due to the herbs high antioxidant properties. https://apollo.naserfoods.com/health_wellness/articles/252/grilled-rosemary-chicken-kabobs-healthy-cooking-and-eating https://www.numberanalytics.com/blog/rosemary-benefits-vegetable-skewers-guide
