🔥 Day 7: Who Are You by December 31st?
Now that you have a basic idea of your core values, what behavioural processes are these likely to produce? What habits of behaviour should you aim for to help live by these values? Imagine it’s December 31st 2026 and you’ve lived the year well. Your task: Write a short description of what should happen this year with your different areas: - Health? - Career/finances? - Relationships and social life/skills? - Psychology and mindset? - Mission and purpose? Focus on processes, not achievements. E.g. “I worked out every day” is better than “I got muscular” “I initiated confrontations” is better than “I got lots of dates”. Comment below: Share one paragraph that best captures “future you” - 1 sentence per area of life.

Health: I stayed active most days and protected my energy. Work and money: I showed up daily for ecommerce and Shopify work. I built optimized and fixed real stores not theory. I focused on improving conversions user flow and store performance. I spent more time solving real problems for store owners. Relationship : I started more conversations and followed up. I communicated clearly and kept things honest. Mindset and purpose: I improved through repetition not motivation.I tried to live my values through daily actions.

@Hemi Rainford Love this. Really resonates how you focused on showing up consistently for yourself in every area body, work, relationships, mindset. The part about building habits over chasing outcomes hits me hard. For me this year I’ve been doing the same but with my Shopify stores showing up daily, fixing real problems, and building systems that actually work. It’s crazy how small consistent actions quietly compound. Curious what’s one habit this year that surprised you by actually making the biggest difference?

@Daniel Munro Honestly this is solid. The service part really stands out. When the focus is on genuinely making peoples lives easier the business side tends to follow. Letting people experience the value first also builds trust fast without forcing a sale. Out of these which one has had the biggest long term impact for you

@Daniel Munro Ohh alright
Fear is holding me back.
Over the last few months, I have been pushing myself to sing at a local open mic night. I have been told I have a good voice and encouraged to continue. One person has been pushing me to go further and enter Britain's got Talent. I feel on the surface that I can do that, but I cannot seem to make myself record the video I need to do so. I make excuses and justify my reticence with time, work and caring for my Brother, but I know in my heart these are false. I am finding so hard to go for this opportunity to showcase my talent, and I think it is down to that thought that I don't deserve to succeed. I want to feel the confidence of having pushed my edge. But it is TERRIFYING!!
