Authenticity if your biggest currency... And it's more desired than ever before With AI and chat gbt it seems like every post on instagram is “its not THIS, it’s THIS” type language pattern I don’t know about you, but I can tell and feel when something is written by AI and when it’s by a genuine person And in general things feel performative now on social media… What works nowadays is posts that emotionally trigger people and get them to think Content is competing with the Epstein files and other things going on in the world and therefore people have to create more and more polarizing content to be seen The thing is….the content you consume literally influences your subconscious and shapes how you see the world If I were to watch stimulating reality show drama, I guarantee I would be more tune to drama in my life The RAS (reticular activating system) of the brain will find more and more of what it has been wired to see This is why one thing I do is have strong boundaries around the kind of content I consume I don’t watch horror movies and won't watch things that are toxic for my mind I take breaks from my phone and turn it off by 8pm at night If I do watch something it’s lighter and I prefer to read at night As far as AI and the current state of social media… I have a belief that in the next year or so people will CRAVE more authentic content and REAL experiences This is why I am doubling down on live events… I believe that running live events is something AI won't be to disrupt and is something people crave Coaching people in real time and seeing their emotional breakthroughs is powerful and reflects back a human element that I believe is refreshing And people see themselves in others When I coach people at live events the person being coached reflects back to the group other aspects of themselves And then a healing happens in the nervous system Also fyi the last live event for a while is in Los Angeles California next weekend and early bird tickets are available until Friday if you want to join
