I’ve started my first marketing campaign! Got a little impatient while skip tracing so I started cold texting the ones I had. I only had 34 numbers pulled but I figured any momentum is better than no momentum. I have my lists cleaned up and organized. I have my skip tracing workflow which is surprisingly accurate but slow. The only 2 people to respond were unmotivated landlords but I used one as an opportunity to try and find motivation and pitch a creative offer. Overall I’m happy with the start. Just need to get those numbers up. I want to spend less time skip tracing and more time talking to sellers. One deal and I’m for sure buying XLeads.
