🏡 Low v High Equity
Up to what percentage equity is a property still considered low equity? 49%? 50%? And on the same note at what percentage equity is a property considered high equity? Does this vary by software or is there a standard?

I would say anything below 30% is low. Anything lower would need to be a creative finance deal. (just my opinion tho)

I saw the video on xlead website and they mentioned $49 but I believe that is old. Are there any discounts for Xlead?

it breaks down to 49$ if you pay for an annual subscription for around 588$ per year
