- 👋 Hi, I’m Ruben, I live in Pennsylvania. - I currently have my previous home in the market (Pending/Under Contract), and in the process of acquiring a rental property in the next month or two with creative finance and want to have at least 2 rentals by this time next year. - My 3 biggest challenges with RE investing right now are finding good deals, finding good contractors, and screening tenants. - For fun I like to spend time with kids and wife, read, and learn new things. - Something I'm currently obsessed with is accounting and bookkeeping as I run my own bookkeeping firm.
