💡 Step 0: Declare Your Idea (Do This First)
Before you watch anything in the classroom, do this first. Most people who join this community have the same problem: Too many ideas. I know because I started 26 side hustles in 14 years before I finally figured out what works. The goal here is simple: Stop spinning. Pick one direction. Test it for 30 days. Not forever. Just one idea to test next. Your Step 0 Action Comment below with this: I want to help [who] solve [problem]. Examples: • I want to help remote workers fix neck pain • I want to help busy parents plan healthy meals • I want to help real estate agents generate more leads It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just needs to be something you're considering building. When you say something out loud, you force a decision. And decisions create momentum. Most people stay stuck because they keep researching instead of choosing. After you comment 👇 Go to the Classroom → Start Here and continue with: Step 1 🧭 Pick Your Direction That’s where we’ll narrow this down and turn it into something real. Drop your idea below 👇 Let's see what you're thinking. - Brian 🔥

The Skool post that never fails
There is one type of post I'll never stop using. I make money every single time I do it. And I want you to steal it. It's a call out post. There are endless ways to use this. Click here to see what I mean. In that post I've achieved a result. I share the result. And then I ask if other people would want to learn how I did it. I create a poll and ask them to vote. I also ask them to respond in the comments. I share the proof in a screenshot. I messaged every single person who liked, voted or commented. You'll notice that I linked my paid community in the post. People joined. I made over $1k from that single post. I use call out posts multiple times per month. It is one of the fastest ways for you to validate an offer. It is one of the fastest ways for you to make money. I made that post in January when PYOB had 155 members. It's now July and we have almost 1,200 members. In 8 months, I've converted 7% of my free members into paying customers. This is above the typical 2-5% benchmark for free-to-paid community conversions. Without sales calls. I show up in the chat and help them. Many opt-in on their own because I keep reminding them it's there. And the 7% is just for Mindset Skool. It doesn't include the members who convert into my high ticket coaching program. And now I'm going to ask you again... Would it be helpful to you to see exactly how I use a public Skool community like this as: • A lead magnet • A way to gather the right people • A place to validate ideas before building products • An audience you own • A clean path to making sales without having to feel "salesy" or become a pitch person Would you want to learn how to use a public Skool community as a lead magnet to validate ideas and build an audience? Hi Pup I like your name anyway I was working on this idea a few months back was using chat GPT to help me out but I think I went about it the wrong way I have several projects that I started but have not been able to monetize them correctly I worked a lot of hours on them that's why I'm here because I have not generated anything not even a penny on on them I've done ebooks videos all kinds of stuff was doing what chat GPT told me pretty much but it was a long process and I need a shorter process anyway long story short sorry about that I found one of Brian's videos about how to generate your first dollar online and I put the prompt in chat GPT which really it gave me the first prompt or the first idea I didn't like it I didn't want to do it so I asked it to do a second idea it did it one at a time and the funny thing is it recommended that I do remote tech support my niche is helping other seniors who are struggling to make ends meet because they don't get enough off of disability or their social security and they need something better that idea got shut down because I used replit it to build it and it did a wonderful job. I had a 30-day trial and I thought I could generate enough money to pay for the monthly cost but that didn't happen a lot of work with no results so that's why I'm here my business is remote tech support I got excited when chat GPT told me to do that as my second choice sorry to make this such a long comment I need to start doing a log or a blog or something so I don't have to keep telling my story over and over again
Using a Skool Community to Validate an Online Business Idea
When I opened this community on November 25th, I didn’t have a big launch plan. I had one very specific goal: Solve one problem for one group of people. That problem was simple… “What online business should I start?” Fast forward to today (January 10th): • 155 members • 37.7% About Page conversion rate • Grown mostly through YouTube and email • This group is the lead magnet • This group is the email list No funnels. No daily posting hamster wheel. Just one public Skool community built around one clear problem. Here’s why I’m sharing this… A lot of people in here have told me they’re not ready for Mindset Skool yet, and that’s completely fine. There’s no rush and no pressure. But I am curious about something. Would it be helpful to you to see exactly how I used a public Skool community like this as: • A lead magnet • A way to gather the right people • A place to validate ideas before building products • An audience you actually own • A clean path to eventually flipping paid (when it makes sense) This post is me doing what I teach. I have an idea. I’m validating it before building anything. If there’s interest, I’ll put something together that goes deeper on the mechanics, decisions, and mistakes... likely as a small paid resource inside the classroom or a paid tier. If you’re already in Mindset Skool, you already have access to this stuff. This would be for people who want to go deeper without jumping there yet. So let me ask you directly… Would you want to learn how to use a public Skool community as a lead magnet to validate ideas and build an audience? Leave your vote below ⬇️
