Pre-decide or let it ride?!
There’s so much power in pre-deciding.Before the moment shows up… you’ve already decided who you’re going to be in it. Examples: - You’ve already decided you’re not snapping back when someone speaks to you sideways—you respond, you don’t react. - You’ve already decided you’re working out at 6am—so when the alarm hits, there’s no debate. - You’ve already decided you’re not entertaining distractions during your work block—phone stays down, focus stays up. - You’ve already decided your standards—so opportunities don’t tempt you out of alignment. That’s power. That’s discipline. That’s leadership. But here’s the balance… Knowing when not to pre-decide is just as powerful. Because if you pre-decide everything, you can lock yourself into habits that don’t serve you. Like knowing you’re about to stop at Buc-ee’s… and already accepting you’re walking out with snacks you didn’t plan for šŸ¤¦šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ˜‚

The Knowledge Gap
Excited to unpack this on tonight’s Collective Call: The knowledge gap is the space between where you are and where you want to be. It’s not about effort — it’s about understanding. Most people don’t get stuck because they aren’t working…They get stuck because they don’t know what they don’t know. Here’s the reality: Your next level isn’t unlocked by doing more—It’s unlocked by seeing differently. Because: - New levels require new thinking - New thinking requires new information The mistake? Trying to grind your way through something that requires growth. More effort without better insight = staying stuck. We’re diving deeper into this tonight. Question for you: What’s one area of your life where you know there’s a gap right now? Drop it below

@Pete Marshman no fake it till you make it here. I’ve come to disagree wholeheartedly with that ideology More like ā€œgrow until you become itā€ šŸ™ŒšŸ¾šŸ™ŒšŸ¾
What's good Wednesday
Today I'm grateful for growing into someone who doesn't let the offenses of others make me bitter but rather encourages me to pray for them to do/feel better and I'm grateful for being extended the same grace when my ugly shows šŸ§”āœļøšŸŒ»

You Get To Decide…
You get to decide… Most people wait to react to life. Leaders choose to pre-decide. Before the pressure. Before the opportunity. Before things start happening around you. You’ve already made the decision about who you are and how you move. That’s how you stay aligned with your legacy. Not emotional. Not reactive. Not drifting. Intentional. šŸ‘‰šŸ¾ Question for you: What’s one decision you need to make now that your future self will thank you for?
