Quick little update: I’m gently tweaking the direction of this community. We’re absolutely still keeping nervous system + somatic practices at the core (because… that’s the foundation for everything). And I’m also going to start weaving in Human Design a lot more... ✨ ... because, it’s become a language for me. I use it every day to understand myself, other people, and what’s actually going on beneath the surface. It’s been genuinely supportive, and I want to share that with you in a grounded, real-life way. 🫶 I’d also love this space to feel more like a proper community: ✨ ask questions ✨ share what you’re noticing ✨ talk things through together ✨ learn from people with similar patterns And starting now, I’m bringing a weekly theme so we’re moving together (because that's always been my intention for this community 🤗).
