Hello everyone! I’m new to Surplus funds and looking to learn as much as possible from everyone. Hoping to establish and grow a lucrative Surplus funds business this year.

I have a claimant in NV, she is the daughter of the deceased owner. After we submitted the claim the State sent back requesting that this needs to go through probate. I feel stuck, I've been sitting on this for a few weeks. Can someone please help me. Never did a probate case before.
