Can someone take the time and show me how this works from beginning to end? I’m totally in the weeds with all these videos. What do you guys do to find someone when you come across a PO Box for skip tracing? Any issues?

What states do I need a PI license? And for what? Tax overages, foreclosure or state funds? What states are 3rd party friendly? What’s the best website to go to to pull a list for tax overages? I’m new and still watching the training videos. Thanks, Matt
