A few bumps in the road accomplishing what is needed. However, I'm finally back to a better routine of my green shakes. One of my favorite ( hope it's good Joe- lol). *water/unsweetened almond milk *frozen mango, banana *greek yogurt/ and or protein *chia seeds * collagen *thistle milk( just started). My vitalizer women's vitamins. Emergent- C in 24oz water. Hope this is the kick in the ass I need! 😂 Happy weekend everyone!
