Mindful Monday ~ You're not Broken!!
When You Realize You're Not "Broken" One of the most powerful shifts I witness in my clients is the moment someone stops seeing themselves as broken. Many people come to me convinced that their symptoms are evidence that something is wrong with them. The anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, insomnia, overwhelm. And they've often spent years trying to "fix" themselves. But what if your symptoms aren't proof that you're broken? What if they're evidence that your body has been working incredibly hard to protect you? The body is constantly adapting to the conditions it experiences. I call it Homeo-Dynamic (not Homeostasis). The body is not static. If you've lived through chronic stress, trauma, illness, loss, uncertainty, nutritional deficiencies, environmental exposures, or years of overextending yourself, your body learns survival strategies. Sometimes those strategies look like hypervigilance, or exhaustion, or inflammation, or even shutting down. From the outside, these responses can feel like dysfunction. But from the body's perspective, they are intelligent adaptations. Your nervous system wasn't trying to sabotage you. Your immune system wasn't trying to betray you.Your body wasn't trying to fail you. It was doing the best it could with the information and resources available at the time. Healing often begins when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it. The goal is not to force the body into submission. But rather it is to help it recognize that the conditions that required survival may no longer be present. As safety increases, the body can begin releasing patterns it once needed. This is why healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about allowing the body to remember who it was before it had to spend so much energy surviving. This week, notice moments when your body feels even slightly more at ease. Maybe your shoulders relax, your breathing deepens, you laugh more easily, you sleep a little better, or maybe you feel a brief moment of peace.

Probiotics vs. Antibiotics 😡
Hello, Dr. Berry, I need the probiotic protocol for buffering an antibiotic🥴 Do I just double the dose? Cefdinir 2x/ day for 10 days😭 I have an upper respiratory infection and a left ear infection.

Symptoms were cough, congestion, ear pain, runny nose, laringydus. Negative COVID Negative Flu I was afraid it was turning into bronchitis or pneumonia Although the steroid shot has me feeling like a million bucks 😉I am super discouraged. Whyyyyyy?
Thank you and Tell me please!
First, I want to thank everyone here - You are the Founding Members of this community! You are hanging in here when there is not much being done, not really active, and still only a small amount of content. I use our shared meetings to record and create content, be available to answer your questions and coach, but I could do a bunch of recordings all in one day and just make it available. I see the value in this having good information all in one place, however, most of this you can find on the internet. I want to provide the coaching, community, and accountability that I provide at my office here in this online space so that it is more convenient for you. So, because I am not getting anyone in the meetings on Tuesdays (except Nan this week) and I am thinking that I can just record all the videos and put them up. I am wondering if the reason for non-attendance is due to the time of day, lack of importance, or ? This is your opportunity to help build this community. Let me know. Please comment your best time of day, what you want to learn, or the other thing that is keeping you from creating an awesome community here.

LIVE content is superior. But maybe lean into pre-records for a while. I think an Open-House may be useful or sponsoring/ doing something with a partner in the community will lend itself to Goodwill. I admit, I forgot to share for Tuesday to my group. However, consistency is all we have. Maybe, do the 4th Tuesday of the month only for a while. Don't over tax yourself, it's not you. You also may have to post in every platform of the target audience. Social media is saturated. Also, if you have the budget for Ads, it may not hurt. Remember, even I've been at this a long time... -Rose
