The Most Important Thing You Can Do π
Movement is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Humans went from moving pretty much all day everyday... To not moving at all, ever, whatsoever. Can you take a few minutes? Or would you rather lose a few years? It seems like an easy decision. π

There was a farmer had a horse and Maybe was his name-o... This short story shows how what seems like duality... Maybe... Is just part of a greater whole... And that our perspective can change...
