@Aaron Murauskas no, not in a week... in less than 24 hours!!! 🤣
We’re all leaders here — even if we don’t call ourselves that.
One thing that’s been on my mind is how much responsibility and influence we carry simply by owning a community. You don’t need a title, a big audience, or perfect confidence — you just need to show up, create space, and care. That’s why I love the idea that readers are leaders. The people who read, reflect, and act on what they learn tend to have deeper insight, better empathy, and a natural way of guiding others. Reading isn’t just consumption it’s preparation for better leadership. So here’s a question for you: 📚 What’s one book you’d recommend to anyone who wants to grow as a leader — especially community leaders? It could be about mindset, communication, habits, resilience, understanding people — anything that helped you grow in how you think and lead. I’ll start: Think and grow Rich by Napoleon Hill Now it’s your turn — what book has shaped the way you lead?

📚 If you want more people to discover your Skool community... One of the easiest things you can do is make sure you're visible in more than one place. That's exactly why I recommend 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 by Heather Boers. It's a growing directory of Skool communities that helps people discover communities based on their interests instead of just relying on Skool Discovery. Inside you'll be able to: ✨ List your own community for more visibility ✨ Discover communities in dozens of different niches ✨ Find collaboration opportunities with other community owners ✨ Give your community another way to be found ✨ And it's a 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 community... so it helps people out Skool find you!! Definitely worth checking out for growing your community. 👉https://www.skool.com/thedirectory/about?ref=de40c54115814c929986c3afe84e7c9a

If your Skool community isn’t growing, it’s usually not because you’re posting too little.
It’s because your community doesn’t give people a clear reason to join… stay… or upgrade. The biggest mistake I see isn’t bad content. It’s a lack of strategy. Your positioning. Your member journey. Your engagement. Your offers. Your path from free member to paying customer. When those pieces work together, your community becomes so much more than a place to post. It becomes an asset that grows your audience, builds trust, and creates recurring revenue. So I created something new… A free interactive Community Conversion Scorecard. In just a few minutes, you’ll answer 7 simple questions and discover how well your community is set up to convert members into customers. You’ll get ✔️ Your Community Conversion Score ✔️ Personalized feedback ✔️ Actionable tips to improve your results It’s completely free, and I think you’ll be surprised by what you uncover. Drop SCORE below, and I’ll send it your way.
