Hey yall. I’ve been a bit absent recently but I wanted to share my most recent win. Over the past 7 days I’ve done 1 in person speaking event and 1 webinar and between the two we’ve closed about 35k MRR (which beats Jeff’s previous record of 31k in a week👀) The one-to-many slides Jeff posted a couple weeks ago were A GAME CHANGERRRRR. If you’re running any sort of one to many speaking event please use them, they saved me so much time and clearly work well. I’m super excited to see the fruits of my labor that I’ve been putting in for almost 2 years. Everything gets more fun when you actually start seeing results, so for those of you out there who are grinding every day, I promise you it gets easier if you stick with it. Do not quit. Special thanks to @Jeff Lopez and @Charles Guerra for pouring so much knowledge into me and this group for so long, I would not be here without them. Keep crushing everyone, it’s only up from here!

@Jeff Lopez or anyone else running ads for home services. I spoke with a concrete company owner. His sister handles follow-up from their Facebook leads. He asked if I run ads and whether I can guarantee 50 leads per month on a $1,500 ad spend. He said his current company usually hits that number, and if not, they keep working until they reach 50. He’s interested in switching because I can offer the AI component too. I’ve mostly run ads for med spas, where $25 a day can generate strong lead volume. I’m just unsure how that translates to concrete companies. What do you think?

Why am I pumped? He’s a Pro! I know he represent my brand extremely well. I’ve set GHL up so all he has to do is fill out a Follow Up form that I made and it automatically populates into my cold calling pipeline… AND… updates the Google Sheet for him to easily access the lead status. I can’t wait to see the results and. share what I’ve learned. Wish me good (big) fortune!!

I had my VA’s making after hour calls on my HVAC lead list last night and had someone call back this morning from a missed call, after explaining to him why we were calling and that he did not have anyone covering calls after hours, his voicemail box was full and no chat bot on his website. He very quickly asked if I was local, which I am, so I said Yes. He recently got his HVAC license 4 months ago and getting jobs already and about to start his ads, he was going to go with House Call Pro for the after hours AI Voice, but would prefer to support a local business and asked to get set up on a demo.
