And before we know it, we’ve gone the entire day without ever asking… šŸ’­ ā€œWhat do I need right now?ā€ I used to think responding to my needs first was selfish. Until I realized that when I am tired, overwhelmed, or empty — my family feels it too. But when I’m grounded, rested, and aligned — my home feels lighter, calmer, safer. So today, I want to open up this conversation šŸ‘‡ ✨ What’s one need you’ve been ignoring lately? ✨ What’s one small way you could honor it today — even if it’s just for 10 minutes? Love this! So many of us have been conditioned to sprint through the day taking care of everyone else and we forget we’re the engine that keeps it all running. One need I’ve been ignoring lately is rest—actually slowing down and letting myself breathe. Today I’m honoring it with a 10-minute reset and I know when we refill our own cup, everyone around us gets a better version of us.
