4506-c Form requested from a non resident
Has anyone ever gotten a request from Amex to submit 4506-c for a new card application? Non residents dont pay taxes on work performed abroad, so the 4506-c is useless since it wont return anything.

Capital One Secure Card Increase
Capital One increased my secure card limit from 1k - 1.5k. I’ve held the card since Nov last year. Just wondering, if now is the right time to see if I would qualify for an unsecured card? I also have a freedom with Chase with a 500 limit and in the app, it says I can apply for a freedom unlimited in 6 months.
