4506-c Form requested from a non resident
Has anyone ever gotten a request from Amex to submit 4506-c for a new card application? Non residents dont pay taxes on work performed abroad, so the 4506-c is useless since it wont return anything.

@Aaron Ng Sure, will leave this app. the problem is, what if they request this during a financial review due to high spending? in that case I must submit it otherwise they close all my cards?
