On Monday, a year 5 student M messaged me here on skool using her parent's account to ask if she could be set extra work. I asked her if she had any particular topics in mind. She sent me 5 topics. So I went ahead and allocated her extra work for the half-term on atom enterprise. I did that for all the year 5s who are using Atom Enterprise and are on our programme. 🟢 Be more M. Ask and you shall receive or you may not. You may even get something better. But you won't know until you ask. 🙏 Year 5s you have extra work to get through this break. 🌟 No pressure if you are not able to. It is something extra we like to give our children and families.

We have a super interesting educator session on 'Why children struggle with comprehension & the technique that will improve it'. For Year 4 and Year 5 children and their parents, this is a session not to be missed. It is on January 10th, Friday at 5:30 pm and you can use this link to sign up for it. I have just sent a festive update email to the families on my programme with all the details. The biggest challenge with getting into your preferred school, despite thousands of people offering tuition, is there’s no clear organised information for parents on how they can support their children. Folks, I have deactivated the sign-up links for the Year 4 and 5 programmes until tomorrow. I will be hopping on a flight this afternoon and will not be online to give you access to the class link. We had a parent sign up 2 hours before the class last week and he messaged me so we got that sorted. Phew 😅 I really don't want to use wifi in the air. I want to take some time to reflect and recoup. I am travelling to spend some time with my parents who are old, ill and going through some challenges. Do you ever switch offline or have no online hours/days? How does it make you feel?
