The bot gave me the feels!
Wow. This is so different than anything I've tried before. It's already noticing patterns and keeping me focused on slow steady. I feel so seen and supported. Thank you @Julie Creffield šŸ˜

Setting a Baseline (Live Call Recording)
What might you measure for your starting baseline? In this 24 minute call, I share the importance of setting a non judgemental baseline, and what things you might want to measure across the 30 days. I have included a visual aid (my notes) and also an example tracker. Only track what is important to you, be curious, and start noticing the smaller things which might be signalling change that you don't always pay attention to. Next steps.... 1. Set your own baseline 2. Share in the group if you feel open to it (totally not necessary) 3. Look out for the NEW custom GPT with instructions in the Curriculum Area (ETA 2pm) On tomorrows live call at 8pm I will be helping you set your goals and sharing how the 30 day challenge will work. As always the calls will be recorded. Please do comment and share your learnings, and any questions you have. PS...there are 2 types of calls on Skool, Skool Calls...a bit like Zoom, and Skool Webinars, where I assume there are no cameras and you just get to see me...any thoughts on which you prefer and why? I will probably offer a range of these, and share which one it is...there is never a requirement to have cameras on, or to talk, but its lovely when there are people there to interact with

For me, I think webinars are best for recorded informational calls (like this one) and zoom type calls are best for more interactive calls. It means Julie is full screen which is easier to stay focused on.
What have you been up to today folks?
I don’t subscribe to all that new year new me BS…our Day 1 can be any day of the year. How have you spent the first day of the new year…no wrong answers.

It's been miserable weather here so I've stayed cosy on my boat in front of the fire

Hi - I joined the rolling cohort but didn't do anything! I've learnt I v struggle when I need to watch calls to get info. I had already planned that 2026 would be the year I got serious again for health benefits. I ended up reading Julie's book today and things seemed to click finally. Decided to sign up for the year for community support :-)
