Mine we're having the best time with a piece of tissue paper this morning. And when I fill my animals and share them it really isn't just random pet videos thrown in with them past stuff. The animals are part of our reset and nervous system regul They help us play and play is also the reset. We’ve gone and got ourselves a proper website. And I have to say… it’s looking rather fabulous. 😍 We’ve just massively upgraded what VIP gets you — and you’ve got 48 hours to get it at the old price. Your events are already there, and people can now find them by Today, This Week, Upcoming Events, category and even by host. We’ve brought over From Heather’s Desk, Experts Corner, Editor’s Picks, our Partners, and we’ve got more coming too — including our Collaboration Station. 👉 LINK TO THE NEW SKOOL EVENTS DAILY WEBSITE HERE And possibly one of my favourite bits… NO MORE FORMS! 🙌 VIP members can use the Magic Button to send us their event straight from their calendar. I press a few of my own magic buttons at this end and — hey presto — your event appears on the website. People can click into your event, find out more and go straight through to join or register. Now, here comes the important bit… ⏰ YOU HAVE 48 HOURS. VIP is currently $9 a month. In 48 hours, it goes up to $12 a month. And yes… at some point it may well go up again. So if you’ve been sitting on the fence wondering whether to become a VIP, I’d suggest the fence is becoming a rather expensive place to sit. 😂 👉 UPGRADE TO VIP HERE Only VIP members can submit and promote their events through Skool Events Daily. BUT the website itself is open for everyone to browse, discover events and attend them. Which means your events are no longer just sitting inside our community or tucked away in the Weekly Bulletin. We now have another way of getting them seen, found and shared much further afield. We’re still polishing things, tweaking things and probably pressing the occasional button we shouldn’t 😂 — but it’s live, it’s working and your events are already there.

Right, I've been banging on about event banners again. 😂 Over in the Skool Classifieds recently, I wrote about those event graphics where someone has tried to squeeze absolutely EVERYTHING onto one image. The title. The date. The time. The host. Seven bullet points. Three logos. A website address. Their inside leg measurement... Until the whole thing starts looking less like an event banner and more like Where's Wally? So now I'm turning it over to you. If you've got an event coming up, I want you to create a banner that actually does what an event banner is supposed to do... STOP THE SCROLL. Your title should clearly tell people what your event is about. It should be big enough to read easily, with a clean, eye-catching design that doesn't have seventeen different things fighting for attention. You can include your date, time and timezone, your name and a good image, but keep it simple. You don't need to explain your entire event on the banner. That's what your post is for. I've added two examples to this post, one showing how simple and clear an event banner can be, and another showing what happens when we try to tell people absolutely everything before they've even decided whether they're interested. 😂 NOW IT'S YOUR TURN 👀 If you've got an upcoming event that hasn't yet been registered with Skool Events Daily, we're setting you a challenge.
