Bummed I missed this, but had too much going on today. Did a lot of people sign on?

@Adam Egger Adam, I actually tried it to see and I had to give you feedback: It’s the worst one I’ve done😳! And for a few reasons. No offense. But the ones I use are REALLY powerful, take much less time to do, are far less personally swayed and give you results that can be life changing. Not sure the history or background of principlesyou.com. But mine are evidence based, can improve hiring and retention. Guide people through their motivations and frustrations to much better awareness, leadership and work that works better for them. Give unbelievable insights from a few simple questions. Sorry, but I had to share with you. That question air went on forever asked very obvious questions and then gave be a few ‘labels’ that didn’t really do much for me. I think you need to try the ones I have.

@Adam Egger I love Adam Grant and a lot of his stuff. I agree some can give too much output. I’m surprised that this is their product. I know there are so many out there. But I’m interested in the ones that can use their data to really bring value, save money and time for teams and solve real problems. Not just ‘interesting awareness’. I’m still not entirely sure how to ‘sell’ that because of how jaded everyone’s become from the others that have come before.
