Bummed I missed this, but had too much going on today. Did a lot of people sign on?
Find Your Talent
Talent doesn’t feel like you’re amazing. It feels like the difficulties that others have are mysteriously absent in your case. Here's a good way to find your talents: Don’t ask yourself what your true talents are. Ask what other people seem weirdly bad at.

@Adam Egger Adam, I actually tried it to see and I had to give you feedback: It’s the worst one I’ve done😳! And for a few reasons. No offense. But the ones I use are REALLY powerful, take much less time to do, are far less personally swayed and give you results that can be life changing. Not sure the history or background of principlesyou.com. But mine are evidence based, can improve hiring and retention. Guide people through their motivations and frustrations to much better awareness, leadership and work that works better for them. Give unbelievable insights from a few simple questions. Sorry, but I had to share with you. That question air went on forever asked very obvious questions and then gave be a few ā€˜labels’ that didn’t really do much for me. I think you need to try the ones I have.

@Adam Egger I love Adam Grant and a lot of his stuff. I agree some can give too much output. I’m surprised that this is their product. I know there are so many out there. But I’m interested in the ones that can use their data to really bring value, save money and time for teams and solve real problems. Not just ā€˜interesting awareness’. I’m still not entirely sure how to ā€˜sell’ that because of how jaded everyone’s become from the others that have come before.
Great tools! - but where do I start?
I’m trying to start using some of the tools you suggested on your list but it takes time to get into each one and figure out when to use what. I love your list and I’m slowly moving through some. Which is the one for making your LinkedIn posts pop and ā€˜look’ better? Do you want me to post some questions like this in the community to boost some activity? Or prefer me to ask it here?

Hi everyone! I’m Romy Malin, a solopreneur (for now) with big ambitions to grow my group coaching and facilitation business into a thriving career. My journey has been anything but traditional. I started in theater, but life took me across the globe—South Africa, London, Austria, and the U.S.—all while raising three kids and adapting to the ever-changing nature of my spouse’s work with the UN. Growing up in South Africa during the transformative years at the end of apartheid gave me a deep appreciation for adaptability, collaboration, and the power of change. Living and working on three continents taught me how organizations can thrive when they embrace diverse perspectives and foster environments where teams can work smarter, not harder. Over the years, I’ve built expertise in helping teams analyze challenges, collaborate more effectively, and tap into individual strengths to unlock extraordinary results. I’ve seen how traditional management practices that rely too much on control and rigid accountability can deliver short-term results but often miss the deeper potential of employees. When teams feel valued, connected, and inspired, they don’t just perform better—they transform the entire business. I believe the places where we spend most of our time—our workplaces—shouldn’t drain us. They should be environments where we grow, contribute meaningfully, and leave feeling energized. That’s the vision driving my work. Right now, I’m eager to refine my messaging, clarify my target audience, and identify the most impactful topics I can bring to teams and organizations. If you’ve got tips, advice, or insights on building a successful facilitation or group coaching business, I’m all ears! Looking forward to learning, connecting, and growing with you all. Oh and I'm not necessarily that funny but, somehow this GIF felt appropriate.
