The Lesson I Wish I Learned Sooner
We’ve all had those moments where we look back and think, “Damn, I wish I knew this 10 years ago.” Let’s share some of those lessons here. You never know who needs to hear yours. What’s one thing you know now… that you wish you would’ve understood 10 years ago?
Limiting Belief
“What’s a current belief or habit you’re working on breaking—and what keeps pulling you back into it?

@Kim Brough Kim, thanks for sharing this. I think one of the challenges we face is we take things that happen and we do exactly what you do. We take them personally, where I think all you can do is say, "Okay, this is how maybe internally they responded," what's the best answer I can give my customer and then just let it go because hanging on to it's just gonna get you more frustrated. The other thing maybe you could do is, if you're taking it home with you, when once you walk out to your car and you get in your car, you just shut the door and you leave all that stuff out so you're not bringing it home with you and it doesn't get you worked up even when you're not at work. I hope that was helpful.

@Liliana G Liliana, Thanks for sharing this. I don't have the exact answer for this. I wish I did. I don't know what happened in your past, but I think maybe you can go look in the at what happened and don't let it define what you're doing now. I'm going to drop some questions in here that you can ask yourself, and this might get you over that hump. Also, remember that the lack of water that you're drinking is going to have a physical effect on you down the road for sure. So maybe there's a way that you can start small and increase over time. Let me drop these questions for you: 1.   Is there any rational reason for such a belief? 2.   Could I be mistaken in this belief? 3.   Would I come to the same conclusion about some other person in a similar situation? 4.   Why should I continue to act and feel as if this belief is true? 5. What is the benefit? 6. What is the cost?
Where do you ( trans) ~ FORM YOUR MINDSET ⁉️
Mindset is everything we hear everywhere ~~ at least I do! DO YOU ? And do you agree that what our mind is set on is of top importance ? AND IF SO, where do we ( YOU ) form our mindset ? FOR me it is the WORD of GOD & the inner still small voice of the HOLY SPIRIT of JESUS that I want to LISTEN TO MORE than any other starting first thing every day as a TOP PRIORITY & HABIT #1. . No other book has made a greatere impact or given me the consistent peace & joy like the BIBLE HAS . The BIBLE is where I want to have my mindset formed & transformed by . read Romans 12 Some people " feel they are not seen or important " and that mindset is so harmful and contrary to what OUR CREATOR teaches in HIS WORD . WE can not live by our feelings if we want an abundant life of peace & JOY ~~ AT least that is what my experiecne has taught me in my many decades . WHAT DO YOU THINK & where do you choose to form your mindset ~~ or do you let someone or something choose for you ? Let me know in comment below. With love & prayers for peace for every girl & boy ... including YOU ! PS This 12 minute video is WELL WORTH it ~~ especially if you do not " feel " seen !

I work on my mindset all throughout the day. It starts in the morning with prayer, and then at the gym at 5:45 a.m. instead of listening to music, I listen to a lot of my stuff there and make sure I read daily and surround myself with mentors that feed my mind with positive stuff.
Thought of the day
What’s the best thing that help you clear your mind when your frustrated or just have a lot of weight on your shoulders?

Naming the Voice That Keeps You Playing Small
If your inner critic had a name, what would you call it and what’s the biggest lie it keeps feeding you?”
