unfortunately it’s inevitable and there really isn’t much you can do to stop it. You can slow it through nutrition. But GHK-Cu injections, topicals and serums will help. The are supplemental like nutrafol or Mary Ruth hair growth but results varies. Other than that you’ll need minoxidil or finasteride.
What is everyone dosing NAD+ and Mot-C at? I have been on them and from what I read it says 5mg three times a week for Mot-C and up to 200mg 3 times a week. Just see what others are dosing at. Thank you in advance. 🙂
That’s accurate because there really isn’t a standard protocol. You will find different protocols from the community. But I personally started MotC 5mg 3x a week for 4 weeks and then I titrated to 10mg for the last 4 weeks. And for NAD , everyone respond to different dosages. It’s a matter of finding the your dose. So I started low at 25mg and titrate up until I found a response to it. I currently do 150-180mg because that’s what I respond to the best. It all depends on the the individuals age, physical health, mitochondrial health, and other lifestyle factors.
I always thought when it’s reconstituted lyophilzied powder it’s recommended to refrigerate to slow down degradation and longer shelf life since NAD molecule is sensitive to warmer temperatures and breakdown into byproducts more quickly. Keeping chilled preserves its molecular structure and potency. But when it’s comes in liquid form like an amino blend (Lipo-C) than it can be room temperature in dark place.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins. They’re smaller than proteins—typically containing anywhere from 2 to about 50 amino acids—and because of their size, they often act as signaling molecules in the body, sending instructions to cells to trigger certain biological processes.
