The dosing sheet/chart I see on this feed does not have the medication I have? How can we get dosing help for different peptides?

What is everyone dosing NAD+ and Mot-C at? I have been on them and from what I read it says 5mg three times a week for Mot-C and up to 200mg 3 times a week. Just see what others are dosing at. Thank you in advance. 🙂
