Level 2 completed!
I’ve learned a great deal of the fundamental values and belief systems. All of it makes sense to me. But, something struck me more deeply than others (although, I’m not referring that ‘others’ are not important!). The statement “People: there is no such things as un-resourceful people, just un-resourceful state of being” Bam! It hits me. Because sometimes, the worst criticism for me is coming for me.

AI is about to expose a lot of coaches
AI is making it incredibly easy to look like you know what you're talking about. Anyone can ask ChatGPT for 20 powerful coaching questions. You can ask it for a framework for overcoming limiting beliefs. You can get an exercise for building confidence. It'll give you a breakdown of attachment styles. You can even an entire coaching session structure. But there's a problem... Having the information doesn't make you a great coach. And I think AI is about to expose that. Because when your client is sitting opposite you saying: "I know I shouldn't feel like this, but I do." "I know I should leave, but I can't." "I know I need boundaries, but every time I try to set one I feel guilty." "I know my partner isn't my ex, but I still can't trust them." ChatGPT can't do the work for you. You have to know what to do next. And that's where that little voice a lot of coaches have starts appearing… "Am I actually good enough to help this person?" "What if I don't know what to ask?" "What if they bring me something I don't know how to deal with?" "What if I can't get them a result?" We normally call that imposter syndrome. But I think sometimes we're trying to solve the wrong problem. Maybe confidence doesn't come from convincing yourself you're a great coach. Maybe it comes from becoming one. Because there's a huge difference between sitting opposite a client hoping you'll ask the right question… And sitting there knowing: I understand what's happening here. I recognise the pattern. I know where we're trying to get to. And I have a process for helping this person get there. That's the opportunity I think AI is creating. Generic information is becoming free. Generic coaching questions are becoming free. Generic advice is becoming free. So the coaches who thrive are going to need to be able to do something much deeper. Actually help people change. That's what I'm talking about this coming Monday 12th October in my free live masterclass: The Coaches AI Can't Replace And How to Become One

My 5 cents on Ai: It can give you all the info you look for, but it cannot give you one of the most basic needs of the human being: A community and a safe space for you to express the whole of you. AI gives you knowledge but won't fulfill the need for transformational experience. That's why online or in-person retreats and circles will be in higher demand more and more.
What y'all do when you lose momentum?
Hello, dear all 🤗 After two failed attempts to get back into this training and also get momentum back, I am here again and won't give up no matter what ! The last two months have been chaotic as my father passed away in early August, and a month later my younger sister had a severe schizophrenic episode and was admitted to a psychiatric facility in the hospital to receive proper treatment. All that wreaked havoc on my nervous system, and I simply stopped coming here... My sister is still being treated in hospital, and I get to visit her once a week, but every time I do so, I come back home feeling depleted of energy and completely shook. I know I have the right coaching and nervous system regulation tools to come back to myself but it's been an emotional roller coaster, to say the least... I had previously stopped on day 4 - do you guys advise restarting the training all over again or from where I left off?
