Hi everyone, My name id Rogelio Heredia Rendon and I am originally from Mexico, but currently live in NYC. I am here because for a very long time I saw PMO as normal. But after years I realized I couldn't stop if I tried. There was a period of my life that I tried and tried and I couldn't stop. It was until last year that I finally saw some progress. I reach a strike of over 100 days and I saw how my life changed. I am in a better place now. I now see that I used to use PMO as a way to cope with everything in life. Whether I was bored or lonely, I am more in tune with my emotions now and I think that little by little I am becoming the man I want to be!!
