For pour-over, you want freshly roasted coffee, ideally roasted within the last month. Grind it right before brewing. Use water that's just off the boil, start your timer, pour slowly in circles, and aim for a total brew time of about two and a half to three minutes, depending on your grind size @Evelyne Vincent

Inspired by A Little Respect by Erasure, is that right? Not a fan though 😒 a man begging for respect? Come on!!! If respect has to be pleaded for repeatedly, the relationship is already unhealthy. Am I wrong?
