Looking to run DR for my LO's any ideas. As well as Hard Money Lenders!

Currently in the mortgage niche and was wondering should i go for mortgage brokers or mortgage companies like the owner or something. since mortgage brokers are usually working for bigger companies. and i know this would be a little cheap but do you know what Alex Machuca did, saw the success story, don't tell me if it ruins his privacy thanks guys
