***access for the Landman Challenge***
I purchased the Landman Challenge for $297 on 12/30/25 and received an email with invite for the Skool Classroom Community. I signed up and have been trying to access the course via the classroom but I only have access to the free first deal fast track. Can I get some assistance with accessing the Land Man Challenge, please? I don’t see an email or contact where this can be sent for help. Best regards, Robert M. Serrato

Patrizia, for the LMC is there more information on how the classes work such as are they 1-2 days a week over the 4-week period, is there homework or tasks given to the student? If there is somewhere this information is available please advise.

🧠 How to Subdivide Land (Simple Checklist)
☐ Confirm zoning + minimum lot size ☐ Verify legal access for every parcel ☐ Check utilities (or confirm off-grid viability) ☐ Price out survey + plat map ☐ Identify minor vs major subdivision ☐ Validate end-buyer demand + pricing ☐ Choose your exit before you buy ☐ Underwrite for a 6–9 month timeline Rule of thumb: ☐ Post-split value ≥ 1.8× total costs → move forward Subdividing isn’t risky. Guessing is. Comment “Done” if you’ve already completed a subdivide deal, or “Learning” if this would be your first one.🚀👇🏻

When picking counties and looking at the counts you want to avoid counties with fewer than ~20 annual sales. Is that per individual acreage band or all acreage bands?

This is based on all. Obviously some acreage will have a better STR sell through rate compared to others. This is something that can be checked out on the land portal or just doing it manually comparing sites like Zillow. It’s a little more tedious doing it manually but can be done.
