Hello everyone my name is Robert and I signed up to learn about breath work. I took part in a breath work ceremony last year and found it quite intense and was on a journey that I would have liked to explore further and the person guiding the ceremony must have known as he encouraged us to to come back to the room Soto speak. He also said a ceremony isn’t something that you should practice regularly like 1 time a month at most. I have found some daily breath work meditations online.
